Access has been working within the employment sector for over 30 years. As a community-based organisation focused on improving the lives of individuals and communities, we have found thousands of jobs for people in a wide range of industries. 

Our services provide personalised employment and training solutions to job-seekers, students and employers.

We work with job-seekers to help them overcome barriers to employment and assist others to unlock their potential and to set them on a trajectory towards sustainable employment. We offer a range of employment services including accredited and non-accredited training courses, pre-employment preparation such as resume writing and interview techniques, 5-star employment support dedicated to helping you find the perfect job, as well as disability employment services and specialised culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) services.

With the employment journey being so intertwined and strongly linked with a range of community services, it was time for the brand to reflect the full range of services we offer through both the employment and training arm that was previously known as Strive International and the entirety of our community focused parent organisation, Access. With this, our new brand Access Employment and Training showcases the full extent and range of our services.
